By renting a tree from The Eco Christmas Tree Company, I agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. There is a £20 refundable deposit at point of purchase to ensure the safe and healthy return of the trees

  2. You can pick your delivery slot at point of purchase. However, due to being a small company with limited resource we are unable to give you an exact time. AM window is from 8am-12pm, PM is from 12pm-5pm.

  3. We will only deliver the tree if someone is there to receive it, we will not leave it outside unattended.

  4. If you are unable take delivery of the tree at your selected time, please email info@theecochristmastreecompany.co.uk with 48 hours’ notice to rearrange

  5. On receipt of the tree, please read and adhere to the ‘How to care for my tree’ guide that accompanies all tree orders placed

  6. All our trees have passed our own internal quality control however as our trees are living trees they come in all shapes and sizes. We do not offer a replacement tree if you do not like the shape of your tree but we will replace free of charge if the tree is damaged or dying.

  7. Upon collection, if the tree is damaged, broken or dying, we reserve the right to keep the £20 deposit

  8. Do not put the tree outside your house unless it is secure. If the tree is stolen, goes missing or is no longer available for collection, we reserve the right to keep the deposit

  9. If for any reason the tree cannot be collected on the agreed date, please email info@theecochristmastreecompany.co.uk with 48 hours’ notice to rearrange

  10. Once the tree is returned to the farm in good condition, we will process the refund. This may take until the end of January. Please be patient with us as we are a small company with limited resource
